The V60-02 dripper was customized by Tetsu Kasuya, who was 2016’s World Brewers Cup Champion, to enable its spiral ribs to decelerate the water’s drawdown rate, resulting in more accurate extraction (40% of the first water produces a pour-over with a balanced in acidity and sweetness; 60% of the remaining water harmonizes the flavour intensity).
