    How to Prepare Coffee Using the Vietnamese Phin Filter

    • First, put three teaspoons of coffee (around 20gr) into the filter. Gently shake and lock the coffee press inside.

    • Next, slowly pour 20ml of boiling water (around 95 - 100 degrees Celsius) into the filter. Wait until the coffee has fully absorbed the water, then add another 45ml of boiling water into the filter.

    • Finally, add sugar, condensed milk, and ice to enjoy a delicious cup of Vietnamese coffee. (You can adjust the amount of these ingredients based on your preferences.)
