How to Prepare Coffee Using the Vietnamese Phin Filter
First, put three teaspoons of coffee (around 20gr) into the filter. Gently shake and lock the coffee press inside.
Next, slowly pour 20ml of boiling water (around 95 - 100 degrees Celsius) into the filter. Wait until the coffee has fully absorbed the water, then add another 45ml of boiling water into the filter.
Finally, add sugar, condensed milk, and ice to enjoy a delicious cup of Vietnamese coffee. (You can adjust the amount of these ingredients based on your preferences.)
